All sessions are:

  • Clinically based exercise treatments
  • Run by physiotherapists specialising in clinical Pilates
  • Rebatable under private health cover

One on One Studio Sessions
Half hour individual sessions are a good way to get started, using Pilates equipment and mat work with a home exercise component.

Small Group Studio Sessions
One hour, in groups of 3 or 4 utilising trapeze table, reformer and mat work with a home exercise component. Join an existing group or make your own group choosing a time that suits.

Classes

  • 8 week programs
  • Basic, Progressive and Accelerated streams all age groups
  • Special classes for teenages and over 65s.
  • Maximum of 8 per class to allow for adequate supervision
